Objectives
The objective of the Gilbert Track Club is to deliver unique personal training, to help athletes achieve their personal, and athletic goals. Our coaches are dedicated to getting to know the athletes on a personal level in order to best understand the personality and training needs of each athlete. We then use that info to create the perfect workout plan for that athlete. With GTC each athlete is taught to their ability not just thrown into a group and expected to learn the way everyone else does. We recognize that every athlete is differnt and requires unique training to maximize thier capabilities.
